Yi sushi located in Beeliar is a clean , well-lighted, and good environment. I have never dined in there; however, I have had takeaway from this place multiple times.
My favourite meal is pork ramen with the pork broth. Another one is cold noodle ( oh, this subdues my nostalgic craving from what I used to eat at my country. In relation to pricing, I think it is undeniably reasonable compared to the products you receive. Their bento is quite nice as well. Only one thing I rather disagree with the bento meals is their side salad. With respect, a few leaves of lettuce and cheap shreds of cabbage and carrots do not cut as a side salad. besides that , I recommend you try their bento. Speaking of which, you might consider asking for the mayo on the side when order meals with mayo because they are very generous with the condiment and I find it too excessive. Both my partner and I love spring rolls but have to say no to yi's spring roll as they are not to our liking. I quite enjoy salman terriyaki bento ( when they saperate the sauce for me becuase I prefer the smaller amount then they generously given)
The staffs are friendly and helpful.
In term of the ambient, there are several booth-sorted of seating which creates the comfort zone and privacy; esp., if you are like me who like to eat without talking and enjoy the flavor of each bite.
They also have some ready-to-go sushi. I bought the California roll today. The price is a tad more expensive than some other similar Japanese restaurant. On their defense though, the were made properly, the rice was perfect, the fillings were delicious. When I get home and finally got to eat my sushi, I found that they included yamagoyaki ( sweet rolled omelette ) in the cariflonia roll. OH... that made my day, I LOVE yamagoyaki :) ....Sorry was too hungry to take picture.
In conclusion, I wish I could give 4.5 stars/ 5 but well...okay now go try and see what you think.

This place has been a favourite of mine for a while now.
I went on a Tuesday night at around 6:00pm. They have around 6 large tables you can dine at, as well as some single small tables in a corner. The store is accessible by wheelchair or crunches and is around 10m distance from a large car park.
The service here is great. There is a young women who worked on Tuesday, and every time I see her she is always so welcoming. She always has a huge smile on her face, and is always happy to answer my random questions.
In terms of the food and drink itself - both are great. I swear I only waited like 5mins to receive my food, even though they had numerous UberEats orders being prepared at the same time. The drink is always quite sweet, so I would only recommend it to people with a sweet tooth. However, I believe the milk based boba might be less sweet.
Only two of the large tables were taken up, which included the one I was at. It wasn’t busy with dine-in customers, but there were a lot of online orders and pickups taking place.
They have a menu, as well as ready-to-pickup sushi in a fridge that you can grab from. They have a huge variety, and yet almost everything on the menu is incredibly affordable.
Keep in mind, the store itself doesn’t have a toilet, however, the McDonalds around 50m away has one. This is a bit of a pain but not a reason to not visit here.
Thanks!
